The Defining Priorities Game

How do you establish whether goals and priorities aligned. Do your Managers see their most important jobs the same as you see their most important jobs?

Ask your managers to list their direct reports and ask them to write next to those reports the most important jobs. Next interview the staff and see if they give the same answers!!

Great little tool for identifying if your whole team's priorities are aligned.
